Picture yourself healthy and thin. You find yourself without reservation when you're at large gatherings or out in public. Everyone is watching you. I was so happy I had to tell the person who lead me to the program to lunch. I didn't say anything about the program I had been on for the last two weeks, but there was no need. When he caught sight of me he was shocked. He was astonished that in just two weeks my body and my mood had changed so dramatically. I couldn't believe it either, and I never wanted to go back.
